I had breakfast at that hotel during my stay and was really impressed. The variety of options were excellent from fresh fruits and hot items like eggs and sausages. The quality of the food was great everything tasted fresh and well prepared. I want to give a special mention to Priya working during breakfast at the hotel. She was incredibly kind. Always had a warm smile that made morning feel welcoming.

The rooms have been renovated since my last stay. The beds, bedding are wonderful. Great sleep. The pull out desk is a great addition for those wanting to get some work done while watching the game. I didn't use the jetted tub but the shower was strong.

The food was fresh, delicious and had a variety to choose from. Everything was well prepared and beautifully presented. Priya was incredibly kind and attentive. She went above and beyond to make sure guest welcomed and comfortable. Excellent service and made me waffle and help served.

Excelet location just off the main hwy but far enough away that you don't here it. It is a workers' hotel. It's not so good for kids, not much to do around there. The room is clean, and the service was acceptable. Breakfast starts at 6 so early enough for the early goers.

I would not stay at this hotel again. This is not a family friendly hotel. It is mainly Gas & Oil clientele. We checked in on Tuesday and checked out Sunday. The room was not cleaned for 3 days after returning we called the front desk who said we had to request it but the cleaning staff told us it was to be done everyday. The front desk claimed staff said our room was locked and they could not get in but we were out everyday from 8am to 8pm. The hotel charged the person who booked our room on check in and then booked us as well at check out. I never got a receipt the lady behind the desk she just kept saying it was paid for. I am still waiting for the credit for double charging after they were called by the original person who paid for our room. The breakfast is bad always the same never a change. Couple nights we got woken up to hear the people upstairs fighting and swearing not great for my young daughter.

Used to be a nice hotel, under 1o years old, now everything is broken and shoddy, this is the Chair in my room. Wth, throw it out that's disgusting. You see that all the time now. Quality of the hotels in canada has gone down quickly and I know why.

Very friendly and helpful staff, the front desk lady was very kind and made me breakfast even though I checked out before the kitchen was open. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Price was reasonable. I would stay there again for sure.

It was a great hotel before ownership change. Not the new owners took over, service and rooms are not same as before. Person who was working late shift seemed she didn't want to be there. I reported the tv wasnt working and front staff did not act properly. Good thing that I was staying only one night. Wouldn't properly stay here next time
