If you're looking to book a trip abroad, we would wholeheartedly recommend Melanie at Daylily Travel!!
We were looking to add some personal travel on with a work trip, she did NOT disappoint From the start to end, Melanie made the process of booking seven days in Italy, Sept 2024 Rome, Florence & Venice, along with flights, train tickets and other excursions, extremely seamless.
I did not do any prior research to see what sights we should go to, but she hit the nail on the head to hitting the high points. If we had more time, I know whatever other sights she recommend would have been perfect!
Melanie made extra sure that if we ran into any issues while away, we could reach out at any time. Thankfully our trip went smoothly, without any issue.
I will be traveling again in April and Daylily Travel will be my first point of contact, once I get further details.

We had an incredible experience with Melanie as our travel agent. I was so overwhelmed with options for trying to plan our trip to Mexico and every hotel I wanted to book ended up finding some really horrible reviews. Melanie has first hand experience and personally visits all the resorts in the Cancun area and gave us her very honest and in depth account of what would best suit our needs. She specializes in all inclusive vacations for Canadians wanting to travel to Mexico and DR and gave us a bunch of options in a helpfully laid out package. We went with Paradisus Playa Del Carmen and it was absolutely fantastic. Melanie recommended this option because we wanted really good food, family oriented, water slides for kids and nice beach. We are already planning our next trip to the same resort for next year, our kids and family loved it. We will be working with Melanie again as she helped make the whole process pain free and had every part of the trip organized for us (transportation, airport instructions, tourist tax). Wonderful experience!

Best Travel agent ever. We were looking for something to fit our Budget, and Melanie found us the perfect trip. The hotel we stayed at was awesome with a room that faced the Ocean. Lots of choices for excursions which we did two of and they were both lots of fun. Melanie also was really fast with booking the trip, and answering any questions we had. If looking for a travel agent that will go above and beyond for you, and can find you an amazing trip for any sized budget this is definitely the one to choose.
