If you’re looking for a realtor with the patience of a saint and the persistence of a detective, Dave is your guy. We spent over a year together on the hunt for my perfect home—honestly, it felt like we were on a quest for the Holy Grail at times. But he never once tried to push me into settling, and trust me, I threw him plenty of curveballs along the way!

Dave didn’t just send me a flood of listings and call it a day. Nope, he took the time to carefully sift through properties like a real estate ninja, making sure each one had potential. His sense of humor and calm demeanor kept me sane through the rollercoaster ride of house hunting, and he was always ready to give me the straight facts (even when I was busy imagining myself living in a house that clearly needed more than just a “little TLC”).

After months of searching, and enough house tours to qualify as a side gig for HGTV, we found the one. I can’t recommend Dave enough—he’s patient, thorough, and has a serious knack for finding gems. If you want someone who’s got your back and a few good jokes along the way, he’s the realtor you need!

Dave was prompt and quick to action for listing my house. We ended up taking it off the market until the economy goes up but he was definitely the realtor I would go with.
