Five stars is not enough. Carmen Brewerton did an amazing job throughout all steps that lead us to the purchase of the perfect home for our family.
I think my favorite aspect of working with Carmen is she took the time to educate us through the whole process. As a first time home buyer it was very helpful to learn what types of things to look for in a home, the neighborhood, and what elements would make it good for resale if there was a need to in the future. This was super helpful because I felt I could make a better personal judgement call on the homes of interest instead of blindly accepting that this would be a good place to buy because my realtor said so. When it came to the purchasing process Carmen did such a great job explaining everything and making sure every detail was covered despite it being a quick deadline.
Added bonuses for working with Carmen is she was incredibly organized, detail oriented, genuine, and truly cares that you find the right place and that you have a good experience during the process.
