We just bought a LG dishwasher and called Dan for its installation. His Cambridge tech, Mark, came and installed it. Polite, took off his shoes at the door, tidied up when he was finished, and took the old D/W outside and placed it on the curb. I recommend this company and won't hesitate to call if/when we need repairs on any of our appliances. Super service!

Dan is great. We have an LG washer and it was making terrible noise on spin cycle. Dan knew excatly what it was so we setup the repair. He even took care of the warranty section for us. Mark arrived on time and is very pleasant and professional. Fixed our washer in no time. Would highly recommend Dan for repairs. Thank you so much!

We had a problem with our dryer recently and our washing machine was causing a worsening water hammer issue. We contacted Dan's Applicance repair service and he had a technician out to our home the next day. The technician fixed both appliances in a very short time! The cost for the service was very reasonable and the service was above our expectations! We would highly recommend Dan's appliance service to any one having issues with their appliances!

Dan is great! I recommend him for anyone needing an appliance repair or installation.
My new LG dishwasher was a lemon and LG sent Dan out to attempt repairs several times before they finally agreed it was defective and replaced it. He was always on time, friendly, knowledgeable, and took time to explain what he thought the source of the issues might be. He also followed up a few days after each visit to see if things were resolved. He was more helpful and gave better customer service than any person I spoke with at LG, and I would have given up on the LG brand entirely if it weren't for him and his assurance that they are good machines. And he was right - the replacement dishwasher has been fantastic and is a night and day difference from the defective one!
I'll be calling Dan any time I have an appliance issue in the future!

Dan was phenomenal, professional and honest. After a horrible previous experience with a company claiming to be local and overcharging us money without doing the repair, Dan was there within hours. He fixed the issue for hundreds less than what we were quoted and explained everything to us in a clear way. Absolutely using again, have recommended to others!

If you own an LG appliance I highly recommend Dan from Dan’s Appliance Repair. He has fixed our microwave, fridge and our washing machine. He is fully transparent and never inflates the price. Most recently we had him out to look at our washing machine as the ‘drain indicator’ code came up. He was very quick to respond (within 24 hours) and found the cause. The part would be around $400.00. Dan suggested we put that money towards a new washing machine, his professional opinion was it wasn’t worth the investment. We have since purchased a new LG washing machine (mainly because we know Dan can repair if need in the future). Appliance repair companies can be…shady and can take advantage of people when they need their appliance most. I feel they feed off of that. Not Dan, straight up, professional and transparent. I highly recommend Dan for any of your LG appliances.

Called Dan as directed by my LG dealer due to an issue with my washing machine. He was extremely detailed, explained everything clearly and was able to get a tech to me first thing after a long weekend which was perfect. The tech was friendly, helpful, and got it fixed in 15 minutes!!
