Zero customer service. Use Western Union or MoneyGram instead.
- This place is located inside a very old building. Not sure if it is safe. You feel as if you're in a slum. Financial services and money transfer/currency exchange places must be in neat and clean buildings.
- Simple transactions take a long time. Even worse, if you're behind Somali customers, you're screwed as they take forever to process a simple money transfer. They start talking to the owner or the clerk and you may waste 15 minutes or more watching them talking. How much time does it take to confirm a phone number and the transferred amount? Very unprofessional. Why would you talk personal with a customer while others are waiting in a line?
- Most of the clients/customers do not respect any system or simplest ways of organizing. They come and cut the line. You can be there standing in a line for 30 minutes because the store owner enjoys talking to 2 Somali clients before you, and another client will just come and go right in front of you cutting the line and starts talking" Hassan, Hassan!" and the discussion begins. The owner or the clerk must advise clients to respect others, do business and leave, do not cut the line, etc. However, the owner and clerks do not care.

Go to the Western Union or MoneyGram instead. Professional services, clean places, and organized businesses.
