Signed a monthly equipment lease agreement for 48 months with this Company. Every month you/we are paying "interest" and "service fee" along with principal payments for the lease. CAUTION: should you want to buy out your "Open Lease" you are still on the hook for 48 months of interest and "Service Fee". In other words, you will pay them 48 months of interest and service fees even if you buyout at 5, 10 15, 35 or any other point. Our last leasing company did not charge the interest or service fee until they earned it so if we bought out early, there was a savings to us.

I don't know how they do business. I called them on Monday @ 11:58 and they are closed!

Their phone does not work and no one is responsible to follow up the voicemail which I left.

I received a letter from them regarding lease assumption but there was no phone number on their letter and the amount was different from actual agreement.

I tried to contact Ontario Consumers Home Services but they also did not have any information.

So still waiting after 6 months to see if someone calling me back to solve the issue.

Maxium Financial Services is behind companies like National Home Services and Ontario Consumers Home Services, water heater rental companies known for using high-pressure sales tactics, they send their trained door-to-door salesmen to mislead people and play tricks on them, they even impersonate government officials and impose ridiculous agreements for water heaters or other equipment rentals. These companies are partners in fraud and should not be trusted.

The team at CWB, especially Ryan Griffiths, is very helpful to Condo Managers and Board members when setting up and facilitating borrowing for Condo Corporations. They make the Managers job easier!

This company is only i can say any companys repotition seen by employees .but over here they are only sit here to rip you off .A huge mistake made by one off the employee and their customers have to face problems later she didnt update the payment whatever she got even after getting everything paid they try to scrude up our bussiness.i am going to get them in a court for that but please before getting any service from company like this please try to get some knowledge about them.
