I took over my business almost three years ago, and for the first couple of years I utilized the services of the insurance brokerage that the company had always used. The thinking was that, since the company had been long time clients, surely we were getting the best possible rates and our coverage was exactly what we needed.

It was only after meeting Patti-Lou that I found out how wrong I was in believing that.
