Hit a deer heading to fort st john, which caused some damage to my front passenger bumper. I got an appointment within 2 months. Repair took about 10 days. The car was beautifully detailed as well, which was a nice surprise. Highly recommend

Staff were very helpful and nice, i’ve never dealt with icbc before, but Nicole helped me through most of it. And the body shop stafff did a good job on fixing up my truck too, looks as good as new!

CNS Chetwynd did a great job repairing my jeep after hitting a deer. There were a few hiccups. Not enough courtesy cars for Roadstar but that was a minor inconvenience as had another vehicle to drive. It was a couple of months to wait to get in but ICBC gives you two years. The staff were very nervous ce and it was a pleasure to have the repair done locally with a great team.

The reason I decided to use Chetwyn CSN was because of the quicker turnaround to repair my truck, 4 months. Today the timeline is 6 months, and FSJ CSN it’s 12 months. The problem starts with the rates ICBC pays to the repair shops which has caused some shops to stop dealing with ICBC , labour rates are higher in the north so to attract autobody repair people we need to be able to pay wages higher than the lower mainland. So far the repair to my truck seems fine, thanks.

My truck looks pretty again!!! The Chetwynd branch had my truck done in just over a month from the day of the estimate. They also sent it to a mechanic as I asked to be sure everything was fixed to “before accident” state. I am VERY happy with their work ethic and workmanship!
