I feel unheard, cut off when speaking, and insulted by Dr. Al-ajeel whether I’m there for myself or have one of my children there for an appointment. I don’t think she likes me for some reason and it shows. It’s embarrassing to be treated like that in front of your kids by someone who is supposed to be a professional. I am hesitant to see her unless it’s absolutely necessary as I usually feel worthless for the rest of the day. I didn’t think doctors were supposed to be judgmental. I would find another family doctor if I could but it’s very difficult these days.

Dr Senzani has always been very caring, validating and compassionate towards myself and my family. He's a fantastic advocate for his clients. Thank you for all your tireless hard work Dr. You are literally the best.

Years later I'm still so so happy with Dr Senzani and his level of compassion and care. I moved away and I will not switch doctors because he's that amazing. Thank you for caring about my families wellbeing the way you do!!!

I will start with the positive. The doctors here are good. Always polite and caring.
That being said, I have been trying to get through for months to book an appointment to get a refill on medication. I can never get through. Phones are always off. I travel a lot for work, so just walking in to book an appointment isn't really an option. When I have gotten appointments in the past they are always weeks out.
Before COVID they used to have better hours and more doctors in the office, they even had Saturday appointments, so it was easier to get in, and easier to access when you couldn't miss your regular work hours. Ever since March 2020 this has become a nightmare of a clinic to try to get an appointment at.

Dr Dina Al- Ajeel is absolutely amazing. She is very comprehensive in her patient care. My wife and daughter absolutely love her professionalism . She takes the extra time to understand and explain each diagnosis.
We couldn't be happier and feel blessed to have Dr Al-Ajeel help our family

Absolutely appreciate Doctor Senzani. He has been the best help on investigating mine and my children's medical concerns. Always goes above and beyond to get answers. I've had doctors in the past just want to write prescriptions, not him. Thank you!

It's ok for the doctor to ask questions but when you ask her questions she says that your interrogating her and decides she doesn't want to be your doctor. What kind of meet and great is that. Dont see Dr Al-Ajeel.
Update: I was told that the office manager would contact me in regards to this event, it appears that the manager doesn't care about the long term patients of this office as I never did receive a call from her.

I've always had professional and knowledgeable care from Dr Avramenko. I noticed other comments about difficulties getting through, but there is an option to leave a message and they will return your call. (It says press 9 to leave a message).
