I've been a customer of Prospera (FVCU) since 1986, Was completely disappointed by emloyee 5115 Rosie. Kept me waiting in line while conducting general chit chat with a customer at the wicket. Deposited my cheque into the wrong sub account within my account. Was unable to deposit another cheque into another account , when this task has been easily completed by other tellers for the last 30 years. Needs to listen to customer needs and make banking a more pleasant experience . Just a waste of time. Sorry for this review , as it reflects poorly on your other staff

WORST banking institution I have ever encountered and I was a banker for decades. Their Collabria credit card is a SCAM! Look up the reviews for Collabria and 99% of them are "1's". I have other major credit cards and don't need this one. It can't be the majority that are wrong and Collabria and Prospera are right. They LIE! One customer "service" rep makes an agreement and says call back, only to have to deal with a different person that completely reverses what the other said. They have no loyalty to customers and are a sham. They renege on the customer/business agreement. It also took them 10 days to reply to a mortgage app so I went somewhere else and got it in 3 days. I am closing out Collabria and my accounts at Prospera. They are a Mickey Mouse organization! Disgusted!!

You have to stay on the phone for hours to talk to customer service nobody can help you they will keep charging you if you don’t use your account for awhile. I’m not recommended this Credit union for anyone.

I went there all the way to the other side of Abbotsford, and the bank machine is not even open. The door is lock at night time you cant even go and use bank machine. So you have to drive all the way to Langley is the the closest one.

So much more pleasant to deal with than the major banks, appreciate the feeling of going in and getting real service, so thanks! I appreciate doing my business with Prospera
