Thanks to Dannick and Magali this House became our home. We was very pressed for time as We figured the house was gonna sell fast and we did not have a Realtor. The seller's realtor got us to put in an offer and since we really wanted the house he said you could bypass all inspection and I could put you ahead of others due to no condition. Do Not Trust a Sellers Realtor at all cost! Their Realtor did an error in the contract that we had already signed and after a conversation we exchanged I decided to give Dannick a call before signing the 2nd contract. Dannick pushed thru the whole way for us an gave us all the answers from having an additional PID clarification, booking a Consultant Engineer as final inspection of the house was never done and low headroom was never disclosed and didn't pass final inspection. I could tell you a nightmare story about this whole transaction before I started with Dannick but The only thing I can tell you is Call Your 2 for 1 Realtor Team Dannick and Magali and You'll be treated Like Family and they work so hard to make your dreams come thru!
