Do not pay a ticket unless the are able to put in the correct price. Front desk couldn't adjust the price so she got a superior cathy that also couldn't figure it out and decide we should pay the bill and she would just refund us, we'll they can't do returns on there dept and they can give us cash back. Cathy offered a check. No thanks that a 5 day hold. I then ask for her supervisor stacie who tried coming over and saying they couldn't do anything about it and we had to take a check. Showing obvious frustration she tried to shut us down with that's not how the government works, untill her additude changed when we mentions the front staff and cathy knew the total was wrong but pushed it through any way. Been here for over an hour will they are on the phone with TD trying to get us our return. A simple sorry and accountability of your mistakes would go along way instead of blaming it on us.

Judicial team should start caring about how they treat people in a court room and the standards of practice, code of ethics and conduct with how you treat people/VICTIMS. Justice Marriott should be ashamed at how she treats people. My mistake for not recording the entire summary conference. I won’t make that mistake again. Innocent people shouldn’t be treated poorly just because we’re in front of a judge taking their time up. And we have every right to record that treatment and report it. Shame on you. I will be recording every further court proceeding I go to and I will be reporting the disrespectful treatment from judicial staff so this can stop! Stop treating criminals with more dignity than you treat victims!

I’ve never experienced racism until I came here, from the lawyers and some of the clerks. Not all. But most disappointedly the judges. The Judges here are quick to stereotype you based on your race. This courthouse also looks down on single mothers as well. I was treated so poorly and each time I left I felt so dehumanized. Worse experience in my life. Avoid if you can.

Security was very pleasant. Ladies at the front were so helpful and kind.
Upstairs resolution services were also helpful and considerate.

It's always so busy upstairs when you need to see some questions answered. 1 wek I was there 2 hours ,didn't see anyone next day 3 hrs. Same result. The 3rd day I waited 3.5 hours and finally saw someone only to be told the papers are wrong!!!!! I'm on oxygen do my time has to be watched.

Had a smooth experience submitting/processing a judgment. The first lady we spoke to (I think she was the manager/boss?) at the Court Of Queens bench, struggled to be helpful. She didn't seem to want to assist us in the full process, just dealt with the paperwork we brought in but leaving the rest of what we needed to do, to us to decipher. And the court process can be complicated. The second lady we got at the desk (I had to go back to the desk like 3 or 4 times) was very helpful, and for the rest of our time there that day it was smooth sailing. Her warmth and energy made a very negative experience less negative. We also got help from a blonde lady (Im terrible with names, sorry!) at the office upstairs, who commissioned our work...was amazing. Like...someone who is so kind they deserve a million raises! And who knew that it could be overwhelming and that there was a lot to go through. For those two women alone this place gets 5 stars. I hope they are appreciated.

Drove 2 hours to contest a BS ticket for an offense I didn't commit. After waiting for 3 hours, I was told by the Crown Prosecutor that I could either pay a reduced fine (demerits still there) or plead not guilty and come back later. This isn't an option when I already took time off work for this. Now stuck with demerits cause I have no real options other than pleading guilty to a BS ticket for something that some peace officer didn't like. Not to mention the Crown Prosecutor was rude throughout. Realize not everyone is a lawyer and knows their options

Waiting for one person to help 6 people while employees are laughing and joking in the same room. I couldn't wait any longer or I'd have gotten a parking ticket so I had to walk out without the required paperwork AGAIN.
