if it was possible to give a 0 rating i would first of all i went in the first girl was like the tech working on ALL our computers that we cant do anything so i sit and i was wanting to talk to them about it but as im waiting the other girl comes out and was like okay i can do them now. so im like okay since she said it take a few minutes i waited she does them come back to tell me that she can only give me some of the check or i could wait to the 21st of feb not knowing its a wait of a date i said ill wait for my check so i took my papers and when home. so the 21 come and i went in to be told there 20 in front of me they need to do before me and he wants me to leave it so i left it told it be ready the next day by noon time so they call me the next day in the morning and was like it be done today but dont know when cause there still alot in front of you (so please tell me what they done in tho hours?) meanwhile she goes on to tell me i owe money back after being told 2 weeks before i should get money back when i asked her what i dont think so she like did u bring all the papers back in i was like YES same papers as before so she goes tho papers and then tells me im still getting that money back! so i go in for the 3rd time for there laziness in there to get my papers and my check and the total on the check was alittle off that i was quoted it would be 2 weeks ago when i asked she like whats a few dollars and was so un-professional and rude about it so i said whatever i took it and told them next year ill go somewhere else cause it sad u deal with them 15-16 years and they can only give u a run around she was like okay (as in the attutide to say okay we dont care) so unless u want rude and unprofessionals doing your taxes dont bother going!
