I recently had the pleasure of staying at Country Garden Hotel, and it was an absolutely wonderful experience from start to finish!

The staff were exceptional—warm, attentive, and always ready to go above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay. Their hospitality truly made me feel welcome and valued as a guest.

The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable. Every corner of the property, from the rooms to the common areas, was spotless and well-maintained. It’s clear that attention to detail is a priority here.

The customer service was outstanding. From the moment I checked in to the time I checked out, everything was handled seamlessly, and any questions or requests I had were promptly addressed with a smile. It’s evident that they’ve put a lot of thought into creating a comfortable and enjoyable environment for their guests.

I highly recommend Country Garden Hotel to anyone looking for a perfect blend of comfort, luxury, and exceptional service around Smooky Lake. I can’t wait to return for another stay!

It was Wonderful staying at Country Garden in Hotel. Staff were very friendly, welcoming and helpful throughout our stay.
The beds & rooms were so comfortable and clean .

Please be aware of this hotel 🚫🚫⛔️🚫⛔️it was nightmare the rooms full of the bed bugs we asked for room change but it seems all the hotels room full of the bed bugs. We ended up through our items but it seems the bugs got transferred from the hotel to house.

For a place to leave my stuff and sleep for a night, it's perfect. There's definitely an emphasis on cleanliness, and even if the rooms are a bit dated and barebones, its completely functional for a temporary stay.

There's a restaurant attached which is convenient, and a gas station nearby the hotel.

Rooms have a TV, microwave, coffee maker and fridge - just make sure they're plugged in before you use them! I imagine they're unplugged to save on power.

Their service is phenomenal, the lady at the front desk is really nice. But the cleanliness of the room is terrible 😔 I found a candy sticks on the picture frame that hangs on the wall. Really spectacular view. But i guess they just owned the building. So might be awhile to fix things

Room was big and seemed clean. The second night we discovered the room was infested with BED BUGS! And also they don’t provide drinking water and only one set of plate and utensils, and ONE paper cup despite we checked in as 2 adults.

EDIT: The bed bugs claim is real, we left one of the bug we killed on your counter together with our cards (the bug was taped with clear tape on one of the cards, together with a note) when we checked out around 5:00am (we left immediately after my friend was bitten). No call back or anything from your side. Your response here is also disappointing.
