I was just starting the process of looking for insurance and I didn’t really feel like a valued potential customer here. I didn’t know I needed an appointment. While I appreciated they took the time to see me right away, I felt like they were not overly interested in helping me. They said they “needed a letter from my insurance company in my last province” but told me they had no idea how to get it. The next place I called walked me through exactly how to get what I needed and it turns out it was just my driving record history. We ended up going with a different company for our auto insurance. The person did not know we also will need home insurance and are interested in life insurance. Hopefully they will be more welcoming and helpful with future potential clients.
