The last two times I have visited this business to insure a vehicle I was unprofessionally greeted by the same worker. The first time, I was yelled at from across the parking lot that they had 5 more minutes left on their lunch break, as I tried once to open the door to the business at 12:55 pm. The second time, an unprofessional level of attitude was directed at me when I questioned why it would take a full week to wait for an appointment to simply insure a vehicle. I am not one to complain about customer service but I was floored enough by this worker to come and write a negative review. I will be looking for another company for all my insurance needs.

I had an accident November 8th I cannot believe how many people contacted me and took care of all my Necessities Within an hour after the accident. I was expecting to live the horror stories you hear people talk about when they talk about insurance companies. Well it was totally the opposite. I was contacted by some one for health services,by some one explaining the process and what to expect an adjuster an appraisal specialist pretty much right on the days i was told. I cannot thank Ashley and every one in the office and claims department as Well. Dont really want to go though another accident but i know ill be in good hands. Thank you very much

I have a class 6 motorcycle license and they won’t let me insure a motorcycle. I’m told I have to take a motorcycle training course that costs 700$. The reason you would take a motorcycle training course is to get the knowledge and skill to pass a class 6 road test and get your class 6 license. I ALREADY GOT MY CLASS 6 LICENSE 😡
