I must say the service I get from co-operators is second to none. Most other service providers could learn something from them. Camryn McDonald was very helpful. I switched motorcycles 3 times in the past year and it did not bother them at all. I thought I would get a oh no not again attitude but instead the seemed happy for me and got my pink slips to me asap. Thanks to all your hard work. Highly recommended.

Not responding to the calls and I’ve been trying to auto insurance and no one answers the call and not even try to call you back

I was looking for a liability insurance for my both companies after 10 years with a insurance company that decide to go public and I got a recommendation from my broker to call this guys.
I can’t say thanks enough to him for that.
From the moment I called and the person that answered the phone (Jessica) who asked questions and find out what I was looking for, to the professional person (Marissa) who helps me, with the quotes, the cover, the documents, the certificates. Just “amazing”.
I love an excellent services, l love to be treat with respect and consideration and I love how faster everything was done.
Well now I’m a customer and I recommend this business and I hope to stay here for a long we can and thanks to the whole team for your excellent service.

I cannot say enough about how much Joseph Blan and his staff have helped me over the years whether it’s been floods in my home or changing dates last minute that help me financially they’ve always been there incredible attitude thanks so much. It’s greatly appreciated.

I was with Joseph Balan’s office for years and was treated horribly. I had numerous items insured with them. Joseph Balan and staff were consistently rude, unhelpful and uncaring. I switched to Peter Maranger Co-operators in Stratford and Peter has been fantastic. Peter Maranger truly cares about customer service and that you are insured properly.
