1 start is too much for this company. I was sadly with this company for over 5 years. The moment I got into a car accident. They stop being nice. I was in a car accident 2 weeks ago with my daughter at not fault. Cooperator has done nothing but blame me, and push me to make a decision so than they don't cover rental.or shop time. This company only wants to benefit itself and not their customers. I had to pay Medicine, ubers for my children to go to school because I'm the one that drives them.and this insurance did not bother to help out with any of it. I am entitled to be fully covered specially if it wasn't my fault. YET THIS COMPANY , does the opposite. I do not recommend Cooperator at all. They are a scheme, a fraud, and just a bunch of unmpathetic people. Have no sympathy for the people who just suffered from.an accident. Cold hearted and wrost Costumer service.

I have had a horrible experience with these guys. Called four times to get an estimate for a change in my policy. When I felt confident about understanding the price increase I did the change. But then I was hit by a $50/m over the estimate. Called them to ask why and I was given the usual answers you get from sales agents. I should have recorded my conversation with them (not sure if it would have helped).
Record your calls with them. Ask for documentation or email confirmation. Ask about the fine prints. These guys will do their best to trick you.

I tried to answer their survey but I didnt qualify! Daniel and his team have been looking after my insurance needs for years. I highly recommend this location to anyone! They are great to deal with, extremely noligable, and very pleasant. We all know car insurance stinks! But Daniel and his Team make it easier to deal with. Thank yous for all you do for me and my family! Do I get a discount for being the first Review?

This company deserves a -15 for their discussing ways of running their business. My fiancé has been with them for years, we moved and he contacted them to change his address and make changes to his account. Then when he purchased a new car he contacted them to get it switched over and found out they neglected to file his stuff and he was driving with no insurance for MONTHS! and PAYING FOR IT! they acknowledged it was their mistake but refused to pay him back the money. He decided not to stay because they are literally robbing him and they still charged him a ton of money to quit. When trying to get ahold of them they do nothing and still refuse to pay. THIS COMPANY WILL ROB YOU AND ADMIT THEY MESSED UP AND REFUSE TO MAKE IT RITE DONT WASTE YOUR TIME!

They have the best insurance for content if your a renter or for home insurance if you own. They have water coverage that no other insurance company has. The price is better and I have had other companies try and compete when you take a look at what the policy includes the differences are very obvious. Why would I pay more and lose water coverage? I have full replacement cost and a deductible that is half what other companies wanted to give. This is because they could not come close to the price.

Came in to get new insurance after getting final cancellation notice from state farm.

Best decision i made today, and for close to same coverage i had at state farm, i am now paying 2/3 less at cooperators. Huge difference.

I got my tenant insurance from Co-operators for a year although I needed it for 8 months (I was told that I could cancel it after 8 months by letting them know). After 8 months, I informed them to cancel it but got no response and the payments were deducted from my bank account nonetheless.
