Never easy to connect to their office. The IVR routes you to online options. Very poor experience. Trying to get hold of them to ask why my payment has gone up and no one answers the call. I wonder why every customers complaint sounds the same.

I wouldn’t even give this company 1 star if I had the option. Co-operators in general is a horrible insurance company! I personally deal with Barry O’Reilly’s office.
I got into an accident almost 2 months ago. The accident was not my fault and I submitted my police report to prove this claim.
It’s been weeks and the $500 deductible has still not been waved from my claim. I cannot even take my car in to get it repaired until this is done.
The claims representative assigned to me is HAGER ALBADRI. She is the worst person for this role. The couple of times that I spoke with her, her lack of training was clear. She also sounded like she was forced out of bed to do this job. She had the worst customer service and then after 2 phone calls, she went missing.
I’ve been trying to contact her by phone and email. She hasn’t returned my calls or responded to my emails. When I called to speak with a manager, I was told that there’s a form that needs to be filled out and then I would need to wait 48 hours to hear back. ALL THIS JUST TO SPEAK WITH A MANAGER.
I can’t wait to have my claim completed so that I can switch to a different insurance company.
If you want to avoid all this headache, find an insurance company that actually cares about you and doesn’t just love to take your money every month!!

We have been with Co-operators for years. Upon receiving our house insurance renewal it had increased over 25% from last year with no claims. We inquired as to why and every time we called were given a different reason or just I don't know. There were changes in the policy that we had not approved. We shopped around and were able to get the exact same coverage for 1/3 of the price we were paying with Co-operators and also saved on our auto insurance too. The customer service at this location is horrible and no once seems to know what they are doing. Do your self a favour and shop around and save a lot of money like we did.

if you are searching elsewhere for a lower price or quote. DO NOT SAY ANYTHING!!! Because I had said that I was searching elsewhere, they saw that as me not wanting to renew. If I was not renewing, I would have contacted them to cancel my insurance.
I did not find out that my insurance did not automatically renew as it had always done until my payment did not come out of my account. I had unknowingly been driving
without insurance for 1 month. They never let me know. They also changed my contents policy & raised the price almost $15 month, again, without consent.
Stay away from this office! They cannot be trusted!!

2 years plus auto insurance client. My time is usually consumed by managing and running my business so I called them back after they tried to reach me to update my auto insurance portfolio. I was unsure of some of the questions they were asking as I don't want to answer a question incorrectly and then have to pay for it on my premium. Resulted in the receptionist, OY, getting frustrated and hanging up on me. After that I had decided up to the office out of courtesy to resolve the matter and continue giving them my business only to find the door locked with a note saying appointment only (thank you covid). Surely when you call to make an appointment who answers? Oy, of course. Who again showed no "cooperation" with me to resolve the matter and again hung up on me. Do you really think I will continue to give you my business? LOL HELL NO
