Terrible service. We called and made an appointment for 1:30 today. My wife recovering from cancer and chemo treatments and me on crutches with a hip replacement have difficulty in this cold snowy weather.
The receptionist admitted that she put someone in front of us - to our Representative without an appointment just before we arrived.
We ended up having to wait an additional 28 minutes on top of the 10 minutes we were early for the appointment.
The receptionist suggested we leave and come back for a new appointment- we decided to wait as it is difficult for us to get around and to get out again for a new appointment.

With them for over 10 years and they take me off monthly payments because the money came out on the wrong date and gave me an nsf 3 times in 3 years. No warning or communication with me until the end.
