Very disappointed with the communication and service I received from Cooper Regel staff. I retained them at the beginning of the year for an extra-territorial company registration in NWT, and throughout the process there was no communication about the status of the registration, no communication about delays or roadblocks in the process unless I followed up and asked.

At this point the registration still has not been completed, over 5 months later (to the best of my knowledge: I've had no communications from them in over a month since I signed what were to be the last papers in the process).

Hired this firm as part of a group type litigation, in the end It cost me 20% in legal fees to recover 68% of my claim. They seem knowledgeable and I do believe I would not have recovered any of my claim at this point if I didn't hire them.

I found they have poor communication around client billing and had a hard time receiving a consistent answer when asking about invoices and services rendered. This would be a great opportunity for improvement on their part.
