First time I went here there was a be back in five minutes sign, but as I was walking up to wait the female staff yelled be right there just finishing my toke, she was so stoned when I was looking for advice it felt like I was talking to a wall. Not to mention pretty sure is illegal you can’t sell booze drunk! So I decided to give the place a second shot but to my surprise I show up to the famous “be back in five minutes” sign but this time I sit wait over 45 minutes with no one showing up except other customers also waiting!
Just a waste of my gas and time waiting to not have anyone show up over and hour! Well between working hours! No holiday!

I won’t be returning to this shop,

Came here at 8:15 on a Friday night, the sign on the door said be back in 5, we waited until 8:45 and no one came and door was locked! Seems very unprofessional to close early on a long weekend and not turn off the closed sign and leave a be back in 5 minuet, guess I’ll just go to airdrie from now on since they follow the proper hours! I’ve heard this isn’t the first time this has happened and there were 4 other people along with me waiting

Edit: I enjoy the quick ease of preordering from the retail store and simply paying and leaving. I don't mind friendly chatter however I was poping by one evening to grab and go home with my groceries. Leaving my phone in my car, unable to check the time I felt stuck and rude to interrupt however the story telling got political and my partner came looking for me concerned.
I am discouraged ro return since.

I absolutely love this place. The staff is super friendly and knowledgable. The prices are awesome and the shop doesn't feel snobby or over the top. All around the perfect weed store and I couldn't be happier with the service.

I was a resident of irricana for sometime and then due to my undiagnosed (which has now been done) PTSD BPD and DPD, I had a very bad mental health crises. I did lash out at my previous employer Nathanial Fleming at Convenient Cannabis afterwards as well as harassed his staff via telephone. Mr. Fleming is an outstanding person, he is charitable, honest and one of the kindest people I have ever crossed paths with. So for how I acted, I apologize.

Best Cannabis store I've been too. Prices are lower than the big stores and he has things most other places dont. They stock good quality product not product that has a good sales point. Only store I go to now.
