The only thing worse than being scammed by your insurance company is being scammed by the government out of you hard earned money. Im sick of paying tax to literal bozos that dont want to do their jobs. I loose %33 of my salary to taxes & I find that everyone earning my tax money is useless. Friggin joke. cut these useless jobs!!

I’ve been waiting on hold for two hours and 37 minutes now for someone at reception to pick up. I need have a simple question regarding a transfer of my license.... please hire more people or tell me how long the wait would be, an option to call me back would be nice. I’m so far deep into holding that I do not want to lose my spot in line. Every other time I’ve waited anywhere upwards of 30 minutes but this is just ridiculous how they work like this

I was on the phone with a very nice agent named Roger. He was a lot of help. But the moment it was 5 pm, he told me that he could not help me with my next question and said that he would transfer me to someone that could. I thanked him, was put on hold for 10 minutes, and then the other side hung up. I mean I get that he has to go home at 5 pm, but why did he waste 10 minutes of my time like that? Why not just tell me to call back tomorrow? The standard for customer service is just too low. Now maybe Roger did in fact transfer me to someone else, and that person was the one who hung up. But at the end of the day, regardless of what happened, it was not professional.

Edit: I changed my review from 1 to 5 stars. At the end of the day, Rogers was just doing his 9-5 job.

It has been 2 months since I applied for my insurance license renewal and still no response. I have been trying to reach someone who is in charge and they keep saying she is either not in the office or away. Anyway as i am trying to make sure my resume shows the valid accreditation and licenses the FSCO clearly acts like they don't care about where their revenue comes from. Disgusting! I wish I could give zero stars.

As long as this organization exists car and auto insurance premiums will be on the rise
They have done absolutely nothing to stop the insurance cartel
This entity is only collecting salaries and bonuses and pension for their executives

According to Global News, six Ontario Auto Insurers, namely Aviva, Intact, Belair, Allstate, Unifund and Certas, are being sued by class action for failing to pay HST to accident victims. The class action lawsuits also state that Ontario’s insurance regulator (Financial Services Commission of Ontario-FSCO) has known about it for years but turned a blind eye. The new Finance Minister, Vic Fedeli, whose Ministry oversees the Commission, declined to comment. I would like to add that the employees of FSCO, who are paid six figure salaries by Ontario taxpayers to be protected through the policing of the insurance industry, have done nothing about it. In my opinion, the new Premier of Ontario, Mr Ford, should dissolve the FSCO organization.

I am very happy about the help received in very short time. I have got a reply in a few days and it was enough to resolve my issue with the CIBC. I am so grateful!

This is a mess and was a huge gift to the Insuance industry by Kathleen Wynne. She sold out innocent accident victims to benefit big insurance and her corporate Liberal friends.
