They have some fool working for them named Abdullah who called to tell me I had an account in collections. I got the name of the business from him and called the business directly. I called him back to say it was a mistake but I could follow up in 2 weeks time with confirmation. We agreed on a date for follow up two weeks into the future.

He called me the very next business day to ask if I had made a payment. Lol

Then he got aggressive and tried to intimidate me by threatening to ruin my credit. I couldn't take him serious. Have a nice Abdullah. Good luck.

These scammers continue to harass me about an epcor account that never existed. They can't give me an account number, epcor knows nothing about this supposed unpaid bill, and at the address they claim this bill existed at, it was my roommate's name on the account. I had never had an epcor account myself at that point in my life.

I honestly believe that they bought information with my name, phone number and this old address and simply fabricated this supposed debt using that. They're literally scammers except I can't even call the police because they'll just claim they're "collecting a debt" which is legal.

I used to work for these people some time ago while going through a tough time. Let me highlight some of the experiences I had here:

- a manager encouraging his subordinates to harass me whenever they could.
- a co-worker yelling insults from across the room while nothing was done to prevent it even after letting the manager know
- an elderly co-worker slandering me while I was trying to do my job know full well I was going through tough times
- another co-worker making comments about my work and my personal life in a slanderous fashion knowing full well I would have been fired by the manager if I said one word to him
- A general atmosphere and culture of toxicity where senior staff and management will make fun of, bully or otherwise step on newer folk as a way to boost morale

I also want it to be made clear I was hired in a group of 5 and I was the only one left out of that because, again, I was in need of a job during a tough time in my life.

Take my advice. If you're ever in need of a job and you're desperate, work anywhere but here. You will not be treated well by design and your maltreatment will be ignored for the sake of making the lives of toxic people easier.

Avoid, avoid, avoid.

I’ve been trying to get something paid off and the people that work here are absolutely useless and don’t bother actually helping.

They don’t know what they are doing and they’ll just tell you that you have to give an account number which you might not have and in my case I don’t and they can’t even pull it up. Give them all the proper security questions and they can’t even pull your file up for a while and then they’ll tell you well I need an account number even though you don’t have one and you specifically said that.

They don’t listen or read here

I see a charge on my credit report. I’ve been trying to resolve it for weeks now, never taken an ambulance, hadn’t been to the hospital or doctors for anything serious, I do have full coverage. I contacted AHS and they said that I do have FULL COVERAGE, so it’s pretty weird that I have this charge. And when I contacted these a-holes they 1. Keep talking over me, 2. Don’t try to get in contact with me when I leave them a message, best part is, 3. Give me a fake AHS # and told me that’s what “a client” gave them. Some type of scamming scheme going on here. And to see all the other reviews like mine just makes even more sense.

This Company is so far below decency it's indescribable.
So I ended up in critical condition in a coma in the hospital. I was there for 4months. I awoke to have an ambulance bill already in collections after just weeks.
I contacted them immediately and made the responsible agreement to pay. I paid the bill fully, I had thought, but I guess it was $50.00 shy.

A month later I find a note against my credit for the missed $50.00 and a huge hit to my hard won good credit. I was floored by this, there was no attempt to contact me first or let me know so I could avert this. I had shown a willingness to resolve this bill by paying the majority of it off already even though my circumstances were very difficult. I did not just decide to say screw them (and me) on the last $50.00

I contacted them to let them know I paid the missed amount that day and their agent hung up on me because I asked him if he could not do his long drawn out self aggrandizing spiel. He called me belligerent and hung up on me? I was not rude in the least I just wanted to let them know it was paid immediately. Poorly handled or this agent needs to be investigated. End result hurts me for a very long time even though I gladly paid this bill. Thanks guys, good work.

STOP using my phone number to leave messages for someone else. How do you think if is appropriate to leave messages for his account and personal information on my phone. I have requested many times for this to stop as well as my voice mail message says do not leave messages for Michael on my phone.
