Coldwell Banker Hinton defines the word 'team' as it applies to realtor. It took months for our Edson home to sell. While we waited, our Coldwell Hinton realtor and her co-realtor went above and beyond showing us potential homes and keeping us in touch with the Hinton market. When we finally got an offer on our previous home it was full of unreasonable conditions and very difficult to negotiate. We were both working random hours, my wife was eight months pregnant and her father died only days after our Edson offer came in. Everything was hard EXCEPT for our experience with Coldwell Banker Hinton. They were flexible, open minded, relatable, highly knowlegeable and ultimately the glue that held us together. A year and a quarter in and our Hinton home still suits us perfectly.
