Coastal Key acted as mortgage broker when we bought our home in 2004. Cindy took the time to explain the various kinds of mortgages we could apply for, advise us on which one would best fit our financial situation and plans for the new property. She then provided us proposals from several lenders. Since that time, we refinanced twice with advice from Cindy and were fortunate to make our last mortgage payment in Dec 2020. In the time we had our mortgage, we completely renovated our home and paid a large special assessment for an envelope remediation.
