I have only positive things to say about Coaldale Pet Clinic. I was treated with compassion and kindness and so much understanding regarding our dog’s end of life care. We were given time and space to process and soak in the final moments. Thank you to the front desk staff, techs, assistants and vets for treating us so well and walking me through the whole process. Very kind, knowledgeable and easy to communicate with. My 12 year old had an eye removed due to a cancerous tumour on the lid. It had been treated years before. Once successfully, 2nd time not. I left it until it changed or was causing my kitty more grief.
Coaldale Pet Clinic did pre surgery blood work to determine if my cat was healthy enough to withstand surgery. Open and honest. I thank them. Shiza and Dusty thank them.

They do in home euthanasia. Even though they were not my regular vets saying goodbye to my friend at home was a blessing I never thought I would be able to give him. The pricing for coming into Lethbridge was reasonable and out of all of the cats I’ve had to say goodbye to they have the best cremation package I’ve ever seen. They even included a signed card from everyone at the office with his nose and paw prints. I’m so grateful for the team here, the compassion is beyond amazing from this team.

We’ve taken pets here several times, and have mostly good experiences, except on one occasion we waited for about half hour past our appointment time till the vet was able to help. I realize that emergencies happen and I’m sure there was a reason, but it still takes away from the customer experience.
Other than that we’ve had good experiences here.
Kind, knowledgeable staff, relatively easy to get an appointment.
It’s also nice that they’re open later some days, it makes it easier to make it to an appointment without having to take off work early.

I love the Coaldale Pet Clinic! I genuinely believe that the staff here love and care for my fur babies as much as I do! They are always helpful and accommodating and notably more affordable than other vet services. Even during covid when my pup has had to go in without me he goes willing with the staff as he, evidently, feels safe with them too! I appreciate the care and compassion the team here takes for my boys!
