Vacances juillet 2021 (Covid)
Propriétaire très accueillant et serviable. Contrairement à plusieurs autres hotels/motels que j'ai fréquenté pendant mon voyage, il est l'un des rares à ne pas gonfler ses prix pendant le Covid. Excellent rapport qualité/prix. Chambre fraîchement rénovée, propre, confortable, calme et près de tous les services. Fortement recommandé.

The manager over charged us by almost $30 which I thought was not an encouragement of trust. Highly recommend booking it through booking.com or other so you get appropriate rate. Aside from that it was decent stay. I always base stays on what construction companies are staying there. There were quite a few.

Worst stay I have ever had. I was kept up ALL NIGHT by people arguing in the next room, we tried to call to front desk to get it sorted, but no answer. Called again in the morning and the front desk was very unhelpful to the point of being rude, would not even give us a discount on the room. Absolutely horrible and I would never come back here after how I've been treated. Now I have to drive 2 hours back to calgary on no sleep. Thanks for the worst stay I've ever had in a motel!

So after a bad time at a different local Motel in Rocky, My brother and I got lucky and found a room here. The room was clean, fully working A/C, coffee pot, microwave and fridge. Only reason I gave the rooms a 4 star is even tho the bedding was clean, could tell there were some stains on the sheets. Wasnt a big deal to us. We worked nights and never lined up with the housekeeper to get our room cleaned. Thats on us tho, not the housekeeper at all. The gentleman housekeeper was awesome, anytime he saw me, would ask if I needed anything. The gentleman at the front desk was very polite and friendly. My brother and I were both very happy with this place. We both recomend this place. Thank you Chinook for taking care of us.

Booked 3 nights in the unrenovated area but that should not mean one is willing to compromise on basic cleanliness -mold/mildew, rust, stained carpets and the room smelled so bad I had to open the window. After 1 night I decided to check out early. No one was at the front desk for over 1 hour so I left a note that I was leaving early. Later I contacted them to explain why and was told they would not refund the 2 nights but would give me a credit to return for 2 nights. No thank you. Very poor customer service, and it’s nearly impossible to speak to anyone as there is no email, rarely is someone at the front desk and the phone number gives you the option to either select a room # or to speak to an operator, but when you try doing that it rings 1-2 times and then you are transferred back to the selection options. There is no option for voicemail.

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE.
Yes! We booked a room 15-16Feb . Dead of the night at 1.40AM we got constant knocks at the room door. Precisely, 3 big rounds of KNOCK. These were threatening, and we woke up from our deep sleep. To our surprise we found none of the door. Upon calling front desk, we get to know neighbours accidentally knocked .
WHO THE HELL ACCIDENTALLY KNOCKS DOOR AT DEAD OF THE NIGHT
Terrible experience with front desk , they cared absolutely least about this incident . Barely any apology or compensation !!!!
We lost our rest of the night sleep because ofcourse we were woken up upon weird knocks at our door and we got super late for our next day early morning travel.

I was sceptical at the start but that went away when I opened the door to my room. The room was as nice as any chain motel anywhere. The check in process was flawless and very friendly. The rooms are very spacious, all the amenities and more. Most importantly was the fact that the rooms were incredibly clean. Another nice things was that the room rates were very reasonable. I would stay there again for sure.

Stayed a few times in this place. Old building has been built more 3 decades. Some rooms are newly renovated with Kitchen and AC which are nice . But I prefer new building with double beds, decent size room . It’s right in the middle of Rocky scenic trail. Next to high way but perfectly blocked by woods . So it’s quiet and peaceful. There’s guests kitchen as well if you need oven. Also there’s a grocery back of the inn if you want something simple since there’s no breakfast service.
