I don’t usually post about anything but today I am really discouraged with Castle. We build our home a while back actually 17 years ago. After about 5 or six years ago the seals in the windows started to go. We have been trying for years to have the seals replaced but was always given the excuse that they didn’t know who the suppliers were. I have the invoice for those windows but it doesn’t state the numbers. They are now saying the windows only have a 10 year warranty. So I guess they have a real reason now! I wonder if that is what they were waiting for because they couldn’t find out which window supplier they had purchased them from!! We just had a new paint job on the inside of the house which everyone knows isn’t cheap. Labour and paint is very expensive as we all know. My windows look like yo smudged them with s***h!! So disappointed with however is to blame. At the same time we had trouble with our windows which we had purchased from home hardware here in Baie Verte, WB we called about it and within a week or so they came and replaced them!! Now that is what I call service!! Has for the employees of this store I always found them very helpful and friendly!!

Went shopping for vinyl flooring at your location in Springdale today. While we were looking the products available 2 employees were just stood at the cashier chatting while we were trying to figure out the prices. We were the only people in the store so they were not over worked. My wife and I just walked past them and out the door and still not one of them asked if we needed help. So much for losing that order of 12 box's of vinyl flooring. Will not waste my time in that store again.
