I've gotten completely cold wings from Chances, and fish & chips that tasted like frozen battered halibut! Food prices have gone up, which is understandable. However, the drink prices are ridiculous, and bar staff don't seem that friendly

Place is showing its age. From the Bar, gaming and restaurant. You have a sports bar that doesn’t play the audio to the playoff games. Game 7 of the Leafs until half way through the game when someone asked them to put the audio on. Chairs on both the slots and restaurants need some TLC as they are peeling and need to be removed or redone. It’s the only bar I have been to where they don’t have seating at the bar. (Can you call yourself a bar but have no bar?) They need to update the audio video system. As the matrix for the video splitter, on some tvs skips lags or cuts out for a second or two resulting in a black screen. The tvs have damaged or dying backlights. They do not show anything on the projector screen they have. Or anything on the gaming floor despite having two projector screens. The place I feel at some point stopped trying.

Good wait staff, the steak sandwich was OK, nice views. I dunno. It just feels like the food is missing that little something that wows me. It's good, and I'm happy enough to eat here, but not spectacular.

All the chairs are very worn out. Along with a few other things within the building... Time for some TLC. Our server was fantastic. Can't say so much for the food.. but we were not charged for the part that wasn't edible..... This place also specializes in extra grumpy security guards at the front door. Pretty rude.

CONSUMER BEWARE…. Absolutely terrible service on every level !!! Cocktails were watered down completely .. No malt vinegar with fish and chips. And worst of all manager was unable to do anything to make it right. Would most definitely NOT recommend this establishment to anyone! Oh and saw ppl just waiting on servers for about 10-15mins and finally just walking out because nobody waited on them. God Bless Us All.
