I have been in the custom home building and project management business for over 30 years. Over those 30 years I have worked with dozens of professional lenders and mortgage brokers and Challon Dykens has by far been the most thorough, detail orientated, compassionate and professional of all the others. I recently recommended Challon to a highly decorated retired army veteran who after years of struggle was finally able to save a small amount towards a home. Because his debt to equity ratio was high he would require financing from a "B" lender. Challon not only found him the best option but we found out later this particular lender does not pay ANY commission to brokers.
