I only dealt with Katie one time during a showing and she was on time and very thorough.

Sara was with me every step of the way to get me into the house I’m in now. She responded to me outside of normal business hours, answering any and all questions I had and explaining pretty much everything to me in easy to understand language and this was my first purchase.

I’ve had multiple follow ups from Sara since my purchase to make sure I’m happy with my purchase.

I would not hesitate at all to recommend Amos Realty to someone looking to purchase a home. Very knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. Easiest 5 star review I’ve ever written for a service.

Remarkably unprofessional. Can't keep track of rental applications or reply to emails. When renting from them in the past, they would only deal with my male partner. I thought I would give them a second chance given the current rental market and have had even worse luck this time around!

Their strata property management is horrific. They are consistently late in paying vendors, consistently late debiting strata fees, and never on time for monthly financials as per the guidelines by BCFSA. Our strata has filed several complaints with the BCFSA. Not organized at all and completely unprofessional and not responsive. Being forced to give one star in order to write this review is very generous.

So nice to see a franchise operation that is Family run! Al the advantages of the Century 21 business buyer run by the Amos family.

2 generations in the business and the children are very knowledgeable and have access to the lifetime of knowledge provided by their parents.

Will definitely use their services again. Excellent services and they know the south Okanogan like no one else!

Like others, incredibly unresponsive and after multiple attempts to recover my mischarged fees, they have not responded. Have filed a formal complaint with the Real Estate board - horrific to work with.
