Krysten at Centrum Travel was amazing. She helped my mom book a trip to Guatemala that required special care because mom is slightly disabled. Krysten arranged for wheelchair service, she helped pick aisle seats, she found great prices, and was available for any questions. Thanks to John at Centrum Travel I had a great trip to the Netherlands in April. John gave me excellent travel advice. He found a KLM flight including a KLM bus that was far cheaper and far easier than what I had originally planned. He reserved a rental car for me at a very reasonable price. I also purchased good travel insurance for the trip.
A couple of times before my trip I called John regarding some travel details. He returned my call very quickly and gave me excellent advice.

I had the pleasure of dealing with Krysten Else at Centrum Travel recently. She booked our wonderful trip to Barcelona. Krysten was prompt, professional and courteous before during and after our trip. Our return flight back to Ottawa through Montreal was cancelled due to weather and she had already rebooked us for next available flight before we landed. We decided we would prefer the train to Ottawa which was departing shortly and Carolyn Simpson. President of Centrum Travel quickly booked train tickets back to Ottawa as we walked through the Montreal Airport. Upon our return Krysten emailed me that she had requested Air Canada to provide a partial refund for the cancelled flight! Krysten was fantastic! I have dealt with Centrum Travel numerous times and the whole team has always delivered.
