When you separate portfolios across multiple people, none of whom can be reached, it's time to consider moving your mortgage. I expect better than 3 weeks for a return call after being a customer for almost 20 years.

Provided information to update my accounts to their team and almost a year later I am still receiving incorrect information from them through their cardholder services and have been told that I must wait again for a letter to arrive by mail to resubmit with proof that their system is incorrect.

I really miss the days when the team at a bank could help with everything instead of only select services.

Considering leaving the branch entirely unless they can actually meet what I'd consider a customer service minimum.

One of the worse experiences I have ever had with related to banking. I called customer service multiple times to inquire if could make a payment at branch. I was advised(multiple times) that I would be able to make the payment there. After driving for 45 mins I arrived and was informed that I couldn’t not make a payment if I had a only a credit card and that “Desjardins and the Desjardins credit card had nothing to do with each other.” I was informed in a ver condescending tone that they would allow me just for this time to make the payment and they would charge a $3.50 fee for not having an account.

I asked to see where in my contract 1) it said I was not able to make payments at the branch and 2) that there was a fee for this. I was told and I quote “no we won’t look for that,”

At this point the manager joined the teller and said the same thing that their credit “Had nothing to do with them” and they just knew that there was a building somewhere in Montreal that handled that.

Most surprising and what I found the worst was it was not only a mis informed teller but that the manager said the same thing.

After allowing me to make a payment I called the grado office to confirm what other 4+ customer service reps had told me and they did again assure me they had no idea what they escalated this situation.

Not a good first impression as it was my first time ever dealing with this bank after getting this credit card.

I have been with desjardins for over 30 years having 5 or 6 mortgages with my business account, i will say within the past year or so I found the personal relationship with myself has changed making me feel like my business is not valued anymore, there are some reps in welland which have made me feel this way,I recently sold my home which gave me the opportunity to build a new one, having reached out to the reps during covid I found it odd to only get responses after a week or so making things difficult, anyways long story short I hope this branch changes the way they treat their members as I will be leaving with all my business and personal acts asap. Very unhappy with desjardins

I've been with Desjardins since I was 5 years old. The Bank, like most, is in it for the money. Inside the bank, you'll see, it's people helping people. I know them, they know me. I will never forget how the people at Desjardins helped me grow to who I am today. Thank you

Worst customer service I've ever dealt with cancelled my card on the telephone I still have to deal with it months later stay away from this Bank. But they don't miss taking their money for their so-called service charges

Nothing more except horrendous, they will take advantage of you and will literally make up arbitrary dates in order to profit off of you! Beware!
