Liam and Mike were great stewards and ensured maximum fun and safety. Highly recommend. The most beautiful view in town is catered through these folks:)

Called and booked in 2 weeks in advance for a 2 hours boat rental+driver for August 4th at 5 PM. Had a long conversation over the phone just to make sure my friends and I will get what we wanted(tubing+banana boat for 6 ppl). Paid a $50 deposit. Came on the day and they just simply told me they don’t have any driver and they couldn’t do any of those. They did not realize they have a booking. . Wasted 45 mins of our time trying to get what our group wanted and they eventually called a driver replacement for only 15 minutes. Ended up riding for 15 mins and on top of that, no apology was received

Please get your business somewhere. Dont make the same mistake as I did

My wife, daughter and son in law all rented Yamahas waters crafts. Two were new boats. All ran well. The young folks at the booth were friendly and helpful. The owner gave us our safety and boating briefing. What a sense of humour and very helpful. We had a blast over the hour we had rented for. Will be back for sure. Thank you

So much fun!!!! We booked to go parasailing at the end of August. Due to the wind though, the Captain was professional and called us to let us know it wasn't safe to go. A few short days later he called us back to let us know we could take off. It was one of the best experiences! You feel super safe and taken care of. Plus you have an amazing time! Definitely recommend trying one of these water sports out. The prices are also super exceptional!

We booked a pontoon during our bachelorette trip and unfortunately the weather caused the waves to be too much while we were heading out and we experienced a few scary moments and had some items get swept away by the water coming on the boat due to a gate not locking properly, this definitely took away from the experience as half of us took a taxi home not wanting to get back on the boat. However, the company refunded us for a portion of the cost and Nolan who was navigating the boat and also helping us get this sorted was really kind and the remaining half of the party who opted to take the boat back when the water was calmer had a great time.

Overall, the main reason for 3/5 stars is due to the few safety concerns we had, loss of personal belongings and the unfortunate conditions. But because of the company willing to work with us and coming to an agreement I would still come back to try the other experiences they offer as they seem to be a huge hit at the resort we stayed at!

Don and Luke took incredible care of us. Even though we are experienced boaters they still taught us a couple of things! Not only that but Don flipped our reservation around and got us a bigger boat to accommodate our little guy. Great business, better people! Thanks for the awesome afternoon!

We had a booking on a sunny hot day for parasailing to celebrate my dad’s birthday and it got canceled because they said it was “too windy” and it was not, they booked us for 11am the next day but It was cloudy and cold, they gave us another appointment at 1pm when at that time it was sunny we got there and the boat had left without us because we were 3 minutes late. We had to deal with an employee with terrible customer service and no respect towards the fact that we came from Vancouver and booked a hotel just to do this. Unbelievably how people can do this I ABSOLUTELY do not recommend this place and I don’t understand how things like this still happen.
