It was such a pleasure to work with Tammy and Kristina who both played a huge role in helping us purchase our first property. Tammy did an excellent job helping us, as first time home buyers, to become educated about mortgages, which was more that we expected from a mortgage broker. We called with lots of questions on a few occasions, and she always gave us her full attention and explained things patiently and well. Tammy helped our family get into our first home. After the Scotiabank pre approved us for a mortgage, they rejected it 48 hrs before we were to close on our first home. Tammy saved the day! Our original lender was having internal process issues that threatened us getting our mortgage on time. Our realtor recommended Tammy.
