I have been having great experiences here for the past 6 years, and my most recent experience with Dr Jerudi has been one of the best. I have done both over the phone and in person appointments with him, and in all cases I have felt listened to and treated with respect.

Front staff needs to be replaced or retrained. 3 years now and it’s only getting worse. Doctors are decent and much better than the ones at cure md but front staff is the worst service I’ve ever seen in a clinic. Never answer the phone. No help what so ever regardless of what time or what day or what month you try to get in. Please do something about this because there is a desperate need for more doctors in this city and having incompetent front staff who can’t even manage answering the phone or update their time isn’t helpful.

I always have a terrible time booking appointments because everytime I call to book and appointment they tell me just to walk in and then when I walk in I’m sitting waiting forever. Or a lot of the times I go to walk in for an emergency maybe less than an hour after they open and they already have walkins closed. My doctor there when I was pregnant saw something on my ultrasound and instead of calling me first to talk to me about it booked me for two serious appointments that I didn’t know of till the day before. My original doctor is never there. Booking online they always show 0 availabilities for any of the doctors and it always glitches. Plus they are closed like 4 days out of the week
. The only good thing I’ve noticed about this clinic is the front staff and the doctors friendliness. I threw my back out Sunday evening to the point where I can’t walk I can’t move I can’t take care of myself and this clinic happened to be closed on a non holiday Monday
. I haven’t been able to get in anywhere because walking clinics stop walk in appointments early

Very unorganized and difficult to deal with. Everyone is nice and kind for the most part, but I've had to have 3 appointments just to get a reference for physio on a wcb claim. And my last one they told me less than 1 hour wait, then over an hour later when other people who arrived after me were going in, I asked why I hadn't been called. They said I now have an appointment 2 hours later. So they first told me to wait less then an hour, and now wasted over 3 hours of my day. So unprofessional and disorganized. Never had a wcb claim be so frustrating and hard to deal with. I'm in pain and just want the help they're being paid to provide. This type of thing should never happen. AVOID THIS CLINIC IF YOU WANT GOOD SERVICE AND HELP. Very frustrating!

This is a very helpful clinic for managing your own care if you are well practiced in your routine medical needs. You can book an appointment online for (usually) within 24 hours. You can do the appointment virtually or via phone for some concerns. Really helpful with the disastrous lack of family physicians in this province.

This facility needs to participate in internal training. Especially with there front desk receptionist. Treating those with developmental and cognitive and physical impairments in a manor described as ableism. It’s not appropriate nor is cancelling an appointment on them when the receptionist made a mistake, then chooses to handle it by cancelling and hanging up when in conversation. Also denying there’s such a thing as virtual and only phone when the website clearly states both. Instead try working with the patient, and not telling them to find another doctor. Having a physical or physiological impairment does not take away your right to fair treatment. The facility needs educating on appropriate care.

There is never a doctors in this clinic, And when there is a doctor or so-called doctor in his clinic, it's from 11 o'clock maybe until one and no walk-ins after one. This is pathetic. Dr Bui was the best doctor in this clinic now he is hardly there and the other doctors are incompetent in there practice they don't care. It's very sad. All the staff in this clinic should be replaced with people who care about sick people, clinics hours suck. Worst clinic ever, I just received a letter today telling me that Dr. Bui is Not going to return to this clinic now that clinic has lost the only and the best doctor they had that's very sad

Healthcare is hard. Harder than it needs to be.
Our system is hurting but the PEOPLE in healthcare want so much for you to heal and be your best self.
The staff are PEOPLE; they NEED your patience, your understanding, and your care if we are all going to be our best selves.
I am grateful for the experiences I have had here, challenging AND fulfilling.
