I have purchased many vehicles over many, many years; and this is the first time I have ever been inspired to write a review.
From the first contact, Daniel was amazing to deal with. He provided knowledgeable, and patient assistance in guiding me through my vehicle selection.
There were a Lot of dealerships closer to where I live but I am extremely happy I chose to drive to Car West in Leduc; trust me when I tell you it was well worth the trip!!
They have a very large selection of vehicles, so many in fact it could have been overwhelming for me - but it wasn’t thanks to Daniel. After spending time listening to what I was looking for, and asking pertinent questions; he walked me around the lot pointing out several options. Then we sat down and narrowed down the list. Daniel totally respected my price range, showing me a couple slightly above and several below. In the end I purchased one almost spot on what I had hoped to spend😊
He provided more details on those vehicles and pretty quickly I was deciding between a couple. After taking my Volkswagen Tiguan for a test drive I was sold on it!!
There was ZERO sales pressure; and the whole process was enjoyable. Everyone I encountered at the dealership was friendly, polite, and helpful.
My drive home was great! Very smooth and comfortable and I couldn’t wait to get into the car the next day for an even longer road trip!!

I tried everywhere.And Nobody could get me approved! Car west put a lot of work in to getting me approved for a good vehicle in a range that I could afford! They went out of their way to accommodate me and help me in every way possible! Totally impressed And I definitely recommend them 110%!

We bought a car from Car west almost a month ago. And everything went smoothly from day 1 until we pick up our car. On the day we pick up our car, there was a little issue that requires new part and needs to be ordered. Daniel ( who assisted us) promised to fix it for free, and he kept it!
