I always come to this insurance company because they are always helpful but today I got really dissapointed. Vishal, is not very helpful (Please if he is there, do not ask for his assistance) and didn’t really try to help us. He called his manager and he asked me to speak to him even I did not ask talking to his manager. We were there for 1 and half hour, we waited those hours. Would not come back here from now on.

Staff didn't return phone calls as they said that they would. I spoke with 3 different staff who were unable to process my vehicle insurance renewal by phone. The renewal by phone was supposed to be so easy and convenient but not here! I called on 3 different days to try again, each time staff weren't sure of something and said they would find out and call me back same day with the necessary details. No calls back the same day. A call back happened the end of day the following day from another representative who knew nothing about my request details. I had to explain everything again from the beginning and then he too was unable to complete the renewal, said he'd have to call back. He called, next afternoon but didn't know what to do then either! I went in in person and finally able to renew that way but it took longer than I've ever experienced before even though no other customers in the place. I don't know if it's new/inexperienced employees that location but next time I'll go back to the other location on Powick Rd, where renewal was easy and simple, staff knowledgeable and responsive and friendly. I don't like to rant on but you may as well know before you go- so frustrating

I walked into capri insurance wanting to get my out of country (NY) import registered in Kelowna. The process usually takes about 30 mins, but unfortunately I had a lot of information that wasn’t automatically generated on the ICBC systems. Ashutosh spent two hours coordinating with multiple agencies to ensure that I walked away with an insured vehicle at an amazing rate 🙂 He was patient and helped me navigate the process of registering my vehicle in Canada !

Terrible service and I was charged extra after having been given a firm quote. Mistakes made on my home insurance and that's not a good thing! Use this company at your own risk. Nobody from the company has reached out to me, as per the below comment. No surprise there!

I got a quote for condo insurance from Capri, since I was dissatisfied with my former insurer. The quote was excellent and the clarity of the policy also excellent, much easier to read and understand. A very thorough company.

Call in wanted me to do online. Refused and went in personally. A couple even let me go ahead of them as they sorted peripherals. No printer at home so had to go in personally anyway. Better to understand what your buying.
