As a resident of Maple Ridge since 2007 I've been dealing with this company for quite a while now and I'm very happy with the service they provide me and the knowledge they possess.

Anytime I have questions they or else have the answers or get them for me without hesitation. They always send me reminders when my policies are about to expire, usually weeks in advance so I'm not pressed for time and they always follow up as well which to me is a sign of customer service excellence!

I’ve been with this Insurance Company for years and they have always given great service. I recently had to cancel my car insurance due to my car needing repairs. The person that helped me was incredibly rude and appeared to hate being there. Afterwards the the other two representatives there noticed I was upset and were concerned and apologized. I am rating one star based on that day with this rep, it only takes the one time to loose a customer for life
