The experience we had with Capital Direct was great. The staff are knowledge, proficient and easy to speak to. We were made to feel comfortable. Our options were explained to us using layman's terms. We were given the opportunity to ask questions and time to think before we made our final decision. We never felt under pressure. This is our second time using Capital Direct and the experience has made me feel so comfortable, that I would most certainly recommend them and if the need was to arise again, they would be my first port of contact.

I contacted Capital Direct and they quickly got back to me. Nicolas explain how I could get a line of credit. I was tentatively confirmed over the phone after a few minute call. Once I confirmed I supplied Nicolas with financial documents a day later my final approval was complete. It was that easy. Thank you too Nicolas for his great service and explaining everything. We had our line of credit in 10 business days as promised. Big relief for me and my wife.
