Dr chana is the best for all medical needs and very quick with results and cares deeply for all his patients and gives his patients lots of his time totally amazing the secretartarys are amazing kind and work very hard and even take time to even talk to the patients the best clinic I've ever been in 40 years just like best place ever my whole family goes there and also say great clinic great people work there I give more than five stars if I could

The staff who answer the phones are incredibly rude and unprofessional. They always answer normal questions with snarky remarks, it seems like they really dont want to be there and they take it out on the customer. tried booking same day appointments and I was told they had avaliable until I said what I was going there for, then suddenly there was no same day bookings avaliable. People shouldn't feel like they're in the way when they're using a public health service facility. There's really no wonder why none of the doctors stay at this hospital because I would leave as soon as I could too if I had to work with those rude people everyday. If I could give less than one star I would.

Had to wait 45 minutes after my scheduled appointment time until i was shown into a room. Dr Begum did not listen to any of my concerns or problems, and ignored as well as disregarded everything I had to say about my own medical history and tried correcting me on subjects she has no idea. Her solution to every single one of my problems was to “lose weight”. Will never go and see her again and hope she loses all of her patients as she doesn’t help them anyway.

Hands down, the worst place to go. Booking appointments is like pulling teeth, not to mention once an appointment is made it, the clinic almost never honors it. You're booked for 9AM, but they don't see you until 1PM? Really? Twice I've somehow managed to book an appointment and twice I walked out after sitting and waiting for well over 3 hours each time. You get faster service just going through emergency at the hospital it's connected to.

The most useless facility in Canada. One has to call every day to see if there are appointments available, only to be told there are none. Sask needs to do better.

I highly recommend for those new here in Canora, Saskatchewan and trying to find a Family Doctor, the staff here is very accommodating we have an awesome experience here.
