My son recently had an issue with an infected wisdom tooth .Dr Bill and staff were awesome !He was assessed and was back in a week for the tooth to be removed .Thank you very much to the front desk staff as well for a very professional service highly recommend this dental office.

We love Canal City Dental! Kelly and Tiffany have been amazing and are always super helpful and welcoming. Their office is open late a few days a week and on Saturdays, allowing you to schedule your appointments around work. They accept all types of insurance and will work with you to help apply for other coverage if needed. (When my son needed his wisdom teeth pulled they helped us apply for healthy smiles and made the whole process so much less stressful). Plus all the hygienists are super patient and gentle making my kids feel comfortable going to the dentist and easing my anxiety. They even have an orthodontist in office, ensuring that all my family’s needs are met in one place. I would 100% recommend this office to anyone looking for a great overall dental experience.

I wanted to leave a review of an experience my grandson recently had at Canal City Dental. My grandson is 8 years old and needed fillings. He was so happy that the work that was done was pain free. Dr. Joseph was so gentle and took away any nervousness by her expertise. The staff, right from the moment you walk in the office to the time you leave make you feel welcomed. The relaxed atmosphere is positive energy., in which could be scary for an 8 yr old. He told me he was not afraid for his next appointment at all. I can’t tell you as a grandma that makes me very happy!

Ive been a patient here for about 20 years now! The staff and doctors are great! I am currently in clear correct and my teeth look amazing. Tiff and Kelly always welcome you when you arrive. The gentle hygienists make going to the dentist easy. They also help with financing if you don’t have benefits! Definitely the best in Welland 👍

I’ve been coming here for over a 2 decades with great service and results. All 3 of my kids have had all their dentistry done there including Braces. Recently I had I broken tooth emergency and found the front staff so concerned for me I thought I was family! Kelly and Tiffany assisted me in getting Flexity loan to repair my tooth asap! It’s truly a great bunch there! Highly recommend this place.

Amazing experience from moment we walked in! The ladies at the front are very welcoming and friendly. Their staff was so patient with my little girl who was a little too anxious! They were understanding and went to extra miles to help us get in the right direction! I myself also had an amazing experience here after not being to a dentist for sometime they were amazing and didn’t at all make me feel uncomfortable! We are hoping to start bringing the rest of my family here!! 🙂

Canal city dental has been an absolute big part of transitioning my smile the last few months! ❤️🦷 I've always been greeted with smiles and positive vibes when I come in! I've received extensive treatment from fillings, teeth extractions, dentures, cleanings and root canal, throughout the prodcedures all the staff have been very wonderful and kind! I have a terrible anxiety disorder when it comes to dentist offices but I feel most welcomed here and my needs are always taken care of! The staff has gone above and beyond for me! The ladies at the front desk (Kelly & Tiffany) have always made sure my appointment dates were set up properly and/or corrected to suit my needs, they have always sent reminder texts 2 days in advance or call me if an earlier appointment date is available. The staff has always thoroughly explained procedures, aftercare instructions and answered many of my questions! I could not ask for a better dental clinic! I will be further recommending Canal City Dental to friends and family! Thank you all so much for all your hard work in making me believe that I can and will smile confidently again! ❤️

I have been going to this dentist for years and they are awesome !!! I can be a little hard to deal with as I suffer with extreme anxiety and can get overwhelmed easy but there I feel they understand me and know me as a person and handle every situation with care .. I look for that in the clinics I choose.. Kelly and tiff are the best and I don’t mind the good laugh when I stop in for my dental appointments. If your looking for the right place you found it .. 5 star all the way
