I Was threatened by staff to slander my business online because of payment delay, and I was told my credit card is no good. Staff needs to be trained on how to deal with patrons. Staff needs to make sure patrons are aware of room rates and extra charges if check out is not completed properly, I was being charged for 2 extra nights with 2 rooms until phoning and making a fool of myself and bussines to have these charges reversed charges we not reversed they hosed me for an extra night of 2 rooms, rooms were not cleaned once while we stayed, no fresh towels were brought. Beds caused issues with employees. We were there 5 nights. Will not be staying at the Wildernes ever again!!

We had 18 rooms for a hockey tournament, the staff is amazing. Rooms are nice and clean, they have everything you need and go above and beyond with customer service. 100% recommend staying here.

We stayed for one night in early Sept. |Excellent stay. Hotel is very clean. Quiet. And very friendly /helpful staff. I unfortunately didn’t get the young woman’s name, but she checked us in and then was there again in the mrng getting breakfast sorted out. ||Breakfast is not extensive, but it’s not advertised as a full breakfast so no issues there. Don’t expect a BW type of breakfast. ||Would definitely stay again.

So this place is awesome, one of the best hotels we've stayed at in 9 years of being on a road crew. Well kept hotel and clean rooms with nice furnishings, kind of makes you think hunting lodge, gives you a warm feeling when you walk in, except if your with PETA, then your probably gonna burst in to flames when you walk in the door lol. Bed is way on the firm side for my liking but some probably enjoy that. BBQ in the common area and lots of neat little spots to sit and enjoy outside. Has breakfast featuring fresh baked that day muffins, really tasty. Great friendly service staff that makes their guests feel at home. Would definitely come again and highly recommend if your going the boissevain way.

Stayed here for a friend’s wedding and it was perfect. Clean, good sized rooms, and tons of fun decor. Not to mention great service, all of the staff were super friendly, and were very accommodating to us, and were flexible for check in times so we could get ready.

Great experience overall, I’d stay here again. And very reasonable rates for what you’re getting.

We had a family reunion in Boissevain and needed a handicap type of room. On main floor with easy access bathroom. The room was big enough although the double beds were not comfortable. No queen or king in the handicap room. It was also a very quiet stay. Now the bathroom was another story. The handicap bar for the toilet was too far down to be of any use. The sink was too close to the wall and had no place for toiletries. No walk in shower and the tub had no handicap bars to hold onto to get into the tub. Thankfully the shower head was detachable so I was able to wash my hair that way although the floor did get very wet! Also no place to put your clothes. Needed the small stool to sit on to wash hair so the only place for clothes was on the floor. Definitely not a great handicap bathroom if you are in a wheelchair.

In order to have my dog cared for by a veterinarian we were required to go to Boissevain. It was thought to be smart decision to stay overnight. The roads were terrible. This Inn is pet friendly! And even had a special pillow and blanket, and dishes just for the pup! The staff were incredibly happy and friendly and any request was happily and efficiently completed! The room was impeccably clean, and well appointed with guest soaps and the like. It would be a lovely destination to visit and explore the lands surrounding.

Perfect hotel to stay at if you have an event at the international peace gardens! Had a wedding to attend and drove over from Alberta. Staff was very friendly and accommodating! Staying there felt like being a memeber of a family! Cozy, clean, and quiet! Highly recommend if you find yourself in the area!
