Myself and my daughter attended an intake session on December 21st to get some help and direction. Both of us are still waiting for our follow up emails to offer any services that are available. I followed with a phone call mid- January and have still not heard or gotten any info. What exactly is this service for?

I was called back after submitting forms for intake sessions online and had messages left telling me to call in immediately. I called in and they more or less immediately hung up after they asked me to call in? I'm not sure what this service actually does because they never got back to me but it's definitely not supporting those of us in crisis or with mental health issues....

Can't believe they refunded a donation made to them by the freedom convoy. What a despicable thing to do. That money is needed by their organization. I will no longer reccomended their services to family. They say they refunded the money because it offended people in Ottawa that they took it as they are inpacted by a protest. They clearly have not listened to anyone else whose mental health has been severely inpacted in the past 2 years . Shame on them. An agency supposed to help those with mental health issues . What a slap in the face.

Contacted them in full crisis... no where else to turn. They sent me an envelope full of useless pamphlets that I tossed in the blue box. Horrible. We need a centralized location that can offer treatment and support for people in crisis.

Some lady that works for the Canadian Mental health association called my girlfriend today and laughed at her on the phone about her mental health, asked if she was mentally stable and needed support but laughed and giggled at my girlfriend as she was saying it, I was left in shock and felt disgusted, what kind of person can laugh at somebody else’s mental health ESPECIALLY CONSIDERING she works for the “Canadian Mental health association”, very un professional behaviour and makes me sick to my stomach, I suggest no doctor refers this association, ABSOLUTE JOKE!

Very unprofessional and inappropriate with lack of experience, knowledge and resources for a CANADIAN WIDE PROGRAM ☹
My condition is NO BETTER than when I started.
Our system REALLY NEEDS UPDATES and BETTER QUALITY service!
