I don’t usually leave reviews, but my recent experience with this insurance company has been one of the most frustrating I’ve ever had. After selling my vehicle, I contacted them to cancel my policy. I had been a
customer for over a year and was completely unaware that my policy had auto-renewed into a second term for the full year. To my surprise, I was hit with a cancellation fee.

When I asked for documentation, I received a vague snippet from a document I’d never seen or signed. It mentioned that “most” insurers charge a cancellation fee of 2% to 15% of the premium, with higher percentages earlier in the term—but again, none of this was ever communicated beforehand. Despite not signing the LPV (Loss Policy Value) form they sent me, the cancellation fee was still withdrawn from my account.

To make matters worse, the representative told me, that “every insurance company” operates this way. That has not been my experience in the past. I’ve cancelled policies after selling vehicles before and never encountered surprise fees.

I was also told I had two driving violations that resulted in a 20% surcharge. After pushing for clarification, it turned out there was only one violation—something I was already aware of from two years ago. This kind of inconsistent communication only further eroded my trust.

As someone who works in the automotive industry, I understand the value of customer satisfaction and clear communication. Unfortunately, this company failed on both counts. I cannot recommend them based on my experience.
