I left access cu to come here, it seems that their customer service stops after you open your account. There was an issue with another credit unions atm not dispensing the money it said it did and Cambrian was less than helpful. They called me a week and a half after the money was refunded to tell me my $100 was returned. It wasn’t $100 it was $800. The branch manager from access was more than helpful to do what she could to have the money refunded asap, Cambrian not so much. The weekend manager needs a customer service tune up, no need for the negative attitude she dished out. Anyone would be pissed off if they were out $800 and told oh well.

I've been doing business with them for 40 years. Always good service they treat you more like family and rates are always competitive. If you need to go in person, no big lines like some of the banks. Keep up the good work.

Cambrian credit union in Selkirk is amazing. Had a lot of trouble with RBC getting a new mortgage and a loan as they just were taking way too long on a time sensitive situation. Called here and they got me in touch with lisa in lending. Oh my gosh. Fast, friendly, courteous service. She is wonderful and the rates cannot be beat too! Thanks ladies!!
