I do not recommend Maranda at all. I had been talking to her about my car insurance and my last conversation was on September 11 where she said "Perfect. I will go and amend some coverages and see what discounts I can get." As I had not heard from her, I emailed on September 15 asking if she was getting back to me. Today is September 22 and I have not heard anything at all from her. I think this is unbelievably bad customer service and I will be getting my insurance from somewhere else.

This guy Gavin is so professional and friendly at first you think you’re on the phone with a recording! He was absolutely fantastic to deal with, it really brightens your day just to talk to the guy, the electronic signature documents are sooooo easy and the process to switch insurance to this company is seamless. This is just a year and a half update from my original review: Gavin continues to exceed my expectations. If I email him, his reply comes in usually less than an hour. He still somehow maintains an amazing attitude when you speak on the phone (fun conversations!) And of course, he gets me the greatest deals!
