I felt like I was getting the runaround with Caldwell Roach, when I was simply trying to connect with them to purchase insurance. Finally, when I was almost out of time, I contacted Broker Link. Broker Link answered my phone call immediately, I was given extraordinary customer service, and had the insurance I needed, at an affordable price, within minutes.
Don't waste your time with Caldwell Roach.
I would give zero stars if I could.

If you aren't dealing with Cindy Alfred for your home insurance you are missing out. Very detail orientated and shops for best deal around and does not compromise coverage, My only complaint is that it took me this many years to find her.

Anyone looking for a reputable broker, I urge you to stay away from this company. Their negligence and lack of customer service are downright awful. I knew my policy was due to renew and called them every week for 5 weeks up until the day before my renewal looking for a quote for lower costs (i knew i could get cheaper elsewhere). They told me each time they would get back to me with a quote the following day, resulting in more phone calls than i wished to have with them.. They continued to push it off until the final day when they knew I did not want to renew the policy I had (made this very clear on the first call). They failed to mention that a cancelation signature would be required after assuring me that no funds would be removed from my account ( surprise! Funds were removed). I certainly would not recommend.

I've had car, business, and tenant insurance here throughout the past 20 years. Hands down the best service. People always shop for the best price and then complain about the service they get when they have to put in for a claim. Caldwell Roach has comparable rates, and you get the best service in those situations when you need it most.

Called for a quote. Alex was responsive and got back with numbers very quickly. New policy ready to roll basically next day! Highly recommended for a local broker who can quickly find exactly what you need and offer best advice.
